Alteburgturm na górze Alteburg niedaleko Arnstadt w dzielnicy Ilm w Turyngii to wieża Cesarza Wilhelma zaprojektowana według planów berlińskiego architekta Hugo Hartunga . Kamień węgielny wmurowano 22 marca 1897 roku, w setną rocznicę urodzin cesarza Wilhelma I. Wieżę otwarto 9 sierpnia 1902 roku. Wysokość wieży wynosi 20 metrów do górnej galerii i 28 metrów do szczytu.
