Cerkwisko w Woli Michowej wraz z przycerkiewnym cmentarzem, łączy się obecnie z miejscem pochówku żołnierzy z I Wojny Światowej. Wieś wraz z cerkwią została całkowicie zniszczona w wyniku Akcji Wisła po 1945 roku. Wieś posiadała murowaną cerkiew greckokatolicka, datowaną na rok 1843. Stała ona jakieś 200 metrów na północ od cmentarza, nie pozostał po niej żaden ślad. Natomiast na cmentarzu zachowało się tu kilkanaście starych nagrobków, w tym Włocha, który prawdopodobnie pracował przy budowie tutejszej kolejki wąskotorowej.
