Charencey to średniowieczny zamek obronny, którego pozostałości znajdują się we francuskim mieście Chenecey-Buillon. Zamek położony jest na cyplu na wysokości 363 mw zakolu rzeki Loue. Warownia była już wzmiankowana w XII wieku. Zamek został potężnie przystosowany do broni palnej w 1408 roku na rozkaz Jana III de Chalon-Arlay. Obecnie ruiny są całkowicie opuszczone i możemy tu zobaczyć początki fortyfikacji bastionowych Burgundii. Wikimedia Commons: JGS25, Ludovic Péron
