Zamek Bouillon to średniowieczna warownia położona w Walonii w miejscowości Bouillon, w prowincji Luksemburg, w Belgii. Pierwsze fortyfikacje tego miejsca rozpoczęły się w VIII wieku, a sam zamek został zbudowany w latach 1080-1090. Położony na skalistym zboczu górującym nad Semois i miastem, należał do Godefroya de Bouillon, który odziedziczył go po swoim wuju. Odsprzedał go, aby sfinansować swój wyjazd na pierwszą krucjatę do Ziemi Świętej.
