Zbudowany w dawnym pałacu D. Fernando de Ávalos, w okresie renesansu, posiada gotycko-mudejarową fasadę z XVI wieku. XV i dziedziniec z nadprożem. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje oryginalny niemalowany drewniany ołtarz barokowy, stalle chóru oraz sztućce z zastawy stołowej kardynała Cisnerosa, a także interesujące przedmioty wykonane ze złota, malarstwa i rzeźby.
