Rozpucie to wieś położona w województwie podkarpackim, w powiecie sanockim i w gminie Tyrawa Wołoska. Drewniany rzymskokatolicki kościół filialny pw. Krzyża Świętego i Najświętszej Maryi Panny Królowej Polski powstał w 1900 roku. Zbudował go cieśla Marian Bilański dzięki fundacji Leokadii Żuk-Skarszewskiej. Świątynia jest konstrukcji zrębowej, dwudzielna, kryta dachówką, szalowana deskami. We wnętrzu zachowały się elementy wyposażenia świątyni z XVIII wieku oraz ołtarz główny z 1909, autorstwa Mariana Bilańskiego.
