Fontanna osobowości historii Quedlinburga

Po upadku muru prof. Göbel zbudował fontannę na dziedzińcu „Bunten Lamm”. Przedstawia ona historię miasta Quedlinburg w poszczególnych postaciach. To osobistości z Quedlinburga ukształtowały historyczny wizerunek miasta. Wyposażona jest w trzy stele i psa Quedela, który wyskakuje z podstawy i opuszcza miasto. W 1989 roku, kiedy prof. Göbel wykonał tę figurkę, pies nie miał już czego strzec. Grupa figurek była darem dla miasta od prof. Göbela w 1989 roku. Stela z popiersiem portretowym upamiętnia Dorotheę Christiane Erxleben, pierwszą Niemkę lekarkę, która uzyskała doktorat w Quedlinburgu w 1754 roku.
