Zaprojektowana jako środek transportu do pokonywania stromego zbocza pomiędzy ulicami Río de la Pila i Prado de San Roque. Kolejka linowa do Río de la Pila została otwarta w 2008 roku jako środek transportu, ale z czasem stała się jedną z atrakcji turystycznych Santander. Oferuje wspaniałe widoki na miasto ze wzgórz z zatoką w tle i jest bezpłatna.
