Greckokatolicki drewniany cerkiew pw. św. Kosmy i Damiana w Vyšnym Komárniku to unikatowy zabytek architektury sakralnej. Świątynia została wzniesiona w 1924 roku na miejscu starszej, XVIII-wiecznej cerkwi, zniszczonej podczas I wojny światowej. Zbudowano ją w technice zrębowej, na kamiennym fundamencie, z wieżą o konstrukcji słupowej. Wnętrze zdobi czterorzędowy ikonostas, rozplanowany w czterech kondygnacjach. Większość ikon powstała w czasie budowy cerkwi w 1924 roku, wyjątek stanowią jedynie ikona św. Mikołaja oraz niewielkie medaliony proroków.
