Kościół S. Domingos, który przetrwał po dawnym klasztorze Santa Cruz założonym przez dominikanina D. Frei Bartolomeu dos Mártires, Świętego Arcybiskupa, niedawno beatyfikowanego przez papieża Jana Pawła II, słynącego z udziału w Soborze Trydenckim. To świątynia z XVI wieku, zbudowana w latach 1566-1576 według projektu dominikanina brata Julião Romero, tego samego, który zaprojektował już kościół S. Gonçalo de Amarante. Wewnątrz można podziwiać kilka ołtarzy z piękną złoconą rzeźbą, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wielkiego ołtarza na północnym ramieniu transeptu. W okresie światecznym można tu podziwiać piękną szopke.
