Chociaż makaki można spotkać w całym rezerwacie to właśnie w tym miejscu są karmione 2 razy dziennie latem i raz dziennie zimą. Turystom ni wolno ich katmic, ani nie wolno przy nich jeść, bo cwaniaki zwijają co widzą. Cześć tej populacji ma cukrzyce, stąd mają konkretną dietę. Uwaga otwierają plecaki, stąd najlepiej je nosić przed sobą. Obecni w parku żyje 6/7 rodzin (około 300 osobników)
