Oberkirche w Arnstadt to dawny kościół franciszkański w Arnstadt w Turyngii, zbudowany w XIII wieku.

Kościół stoi na wzgórzu na południowym krańcu starego miasta Arnstadt. Jest to długa, prostokątna, jednonawowa budowla z nieotynkowanego kamienia łupanego, z dachem dwuspadowym.

Dzisiejsze wnętrze charakteryzuje się przede wszystkim dużym wczesnobarokowym ołtarzem, stallami i krużgankami książęcymi oraz chrzcielnicą, które pochodzą z XVII wieku. Liczne malowidła z tego okresu przedstawiają sceny biblijne i zdobią balustrady galerii.
