Dawny Pałac Komunikacji to monumentalny budynek, który od 2007 roku pełni funkcję siedziby Rady Miasta Madrytu. Zaprojektowany i zbudowany przez Antonia Palaciosa i Joaquina Otamendiego jako siedziba Hiszpańskiego Towarzystwa Pocztowo-Telegraficznego, został otwarty w 1909 roku. W 1993 roku został ogłoszony Miejscem o Wartości Kulturowej z kategorią Pomnika.
