Parking położony w centrum Białegostoku - ul. Plac Jana Pawła II przy Pałacu Branickich. Przygotowany między innymi dla wycieczkowych autokarów. Jest to dobre miejsce dla zwiedzających bowiem wokół skupione są najciekawsze zabytki miasta Białystok. Niekiedy zatrzymują się tu kampery na nocleg. Parking jest płatny 2.80pln za pierwszą godzinę (parkometry). od godz.9-17 strefa A.

    Staliśmy kamperem w dzień, na weekendzie, parkowanie darmowe. Miejsce dobre na wypad do pobliskich atrakcji. Niestety oblegane przez autobusy z wycieczkami i ciężko o miejsce dla kampera.
