Pomnik polskiego pilota Kapitana Zbigniewa Janickiego, który został w tym miejscu zestrzelony przez niemiecką baterię przeciwlotniczą. Na początku II wojny światowej walczył nad Polską, Potem uciekł przez Rumunię do Francji a następnie do Anglii, gdzie walczył w dywizjonach RAF, aż w końcu został pilotem 61 Dywizjonie Myśliwskim USAAF. To właśnie wtedy odbywał lot bojowy w głąb Francji i został zestrzelony. Pochowany jest na cmentarzu w Le Mans.
