Rezerwat przyrody Rutka położony jest na terenie Suwalskiego Parku Krajobrazowego, w województwie podlaskim na terenie wsi Rutka i Szeszupka. Ochronie podlega tu tzw bruk polodowcowy i duża ilość polodowcowych głazów. Obejmuje on też swoim zasięgiem Jezioro Linówek i przyległe do niego torfowisko przejściowe. Rezerwat ma powierzchnię prawie 50 hektarów i został utworzony w 2001 roku.
