Znajduje się na skraju klifów, przy plaży Itzurun. Pierwsza pisemna wzmianka o niej pochodzi z 1540 roku. Jej tytularny święty jest patronem żeglarzy, dlatego od XVII wieku pustelnia ta była siedzibą Bractwa Marynarzy San Telmo. Wewnątrz wyróżnia się ołtarz rokokowy z XVIII w., wykonany z drewna, bez polichromii i złoceń. W ołtarzu znajdują się wizerunki Santiago i Santa Clara.
