Skwer im. Izabeli Branickiej - usytuowany przy ul. Adama Mickiewicza /Centrum/ Izabela Branicka z domu Poniatowska, siostra Króla Polski Stanisława Augusta, żona hetmana Jana Klemensa Branickiego umiera 14 lutego 1808 roku. Za jej rządów w II połowie XVIII wieku po okresie wojen, najazdów i przemarszów wojsk przetaczających się przez Podlasie na przełomie XVII i XVII wieku Bielsk Podlaski skutecznie podniósł się z ruiny. Na terenie skweru znajduje się Pomnik Niepodległości i zegar słoneczny.
