Most miejski w Pirnie na Łabie ma długość 295,45 m i został zbudowany w 1875 roku. Jest to kamienny most łukowy, jako połączony most drogowy i kolejowy. Łuki z piaskowca mają grubość 1,5 m w przyczółku i 1,25 m w wierzchołku, szerokość łuku wynosi 16,0 m. Łuk mostowy 7 został odbudowany ze zbrojonego betonu po jego zniszczeniach w czasie II wojny światowej.
