Właścicielem Kościoła Szwedzkich Marynarzy w Skagen jest Fundacja na rzecz Budownictwa Kościelnego dla Rybaków z Zachodniego Wybrzeża za Granicą. Fundacja powstała w 1949 roku i ma na celu nabywanie, posiadanie i zarządzanie nieruchomościami, nadającymi się na pomieszczenia do pracy kościelnej wśród rybaków i marynarzy za granicą, które to pomieszczenia udostępniane są po szkole próbnej fundacji, prowadzonej przez Stiftsråd w Gothenburgu lub Szwedzki Kościół Zarząd Opieki Morskiej.
