Zapora wody pitnej Klingenberg w Rudawach jest wczesnym arcydziełem słynnego architekta Hansa Poelziga. Została zbudowana w latach 1908-1914 i nosiła nazwę Tamy Fryderyka Augusta, poświęconej ostatniemu królowi Saksonii. Zbiornik służy do zaopatrzenia Drezna i dużej części dawnej dzielnicy Weißeritz w wodę pitną. Zapora jest zakrzywioną tamą grawitacyjną wykonaną z kamienia łupanego w oparciu o zasadę Intze. Od innych podobnych konstrukcji wyróżnia się koroną pośrodku.
