Zamek położony jest na malowniczym wzgórzu (181 metrów n.p.m.). Jego początki sięgają pierwszej połowy XIII wieku. W kolejnych wiekach był wielokrotnie powiększany i przebudowywany. Ostatnia większa przebudowa warowni miała miejsce w drugiej połowie XVI wieku. Wtedy to budowla uzyskała swój obecny renesansowy kształt. Zamieszkiwano go do końca XVIII stulecia, kiedy to został ostatecznie opuszczony. Atrakcja nie jest oblegana, można podjechać pod same mury twierdzy Zamek był jednym z punktów po wyprawie przez Chorwacje. Cały opis na stronie www.bluephoto.pl
