Wiadukt został zbudowany w latach 1906 - 1909. Element linii kolejowej Davos – Filisur , wiadukt ma 88,9 m wysokości i 210 m długości; ma główne przęsło 55 metrów. Na zachodnim końcu wiaduktu znajduje się niedziałające koło skrętne Hippsche. Auto najlepiej zaparkować na parkingu płatnym obok dworca i dalej przejść się piechotą. Cały spacer zajmuje 5min w jedną stronę.
