Drewniana wieża widokowa w Mosinie na Pożegowie została wybudowana na przełomie roku 2011/2012 w ramach realizacji projektu pod nazwą "Turystyka na terenach chronionych Mikroregionu WPN - budowa miejsc wypoczynku i edukacji ekologicznej".

Obiekt o wysokości 16,97 m, położony 140,5 m n.pm. zlokalizowany jest na terenie tzw. glinianek, znajdujących się w obszarze chronionym NATURA 2000 oraz w Wielkopolskim Parku Narodowym.
