Zamek w Litomyślu w Czechach jest przykładem renesansowego zamku arkadowego, najlepszym bodaj przykładem tego stylu w Czechach. W 1999 roku wpisany został na listę Dziedzictwa UNESCO. Zamek zbudowano w latach 1568- 1581. W swojej historii przechodził różne rekonstrukcje i przebudowy, jednak zachował wiele z pierwotnego założenia i stylu. Główny dziedziniec zachował renesansowe krużganki, ściany zdobione są dobrze odrestaurowanym sgraffitem. Niedaleko zamku w Litomyślu urodził się Bedrich Smetana, na zamku jest miejsce mu poświęcone. Całe miasto i otoczenie zamku zasługuje na uwagę ze względu na zachowany historyczny charakter.
