Obecny cmentarz łemkowski położony jest na wschód od cerkwi w odległości około 100 metrów. Założony był prawdopodobnie po wybudowaniu kamiennej cerkwi w 1784r. trzeciej z kolei cerkwi w Łabowej. Cmentarz służył do pochówku Łemków i Polaków, do akcji Wisła na tym terenie mieszkało niewielu Polaków, a nie było innego cmentarza chrześcijańskiego. Cmentarz przy parafii rzymsko-katolickiej zaczął funkcjonować dopiero w latach trzydziestych XX wieku.
