Saint-Aubin de Guérande to dawna kolegiata znajdująca się w Guérande we francuskim departamencie Loire-Atlantique we Francji. Kościół znajduje się w centrum średniowiecznego miasta Guérande otoczonego murami obronnymi. Pierwszy budynek powstał na obecnym miejscu w VI wieku. Około połowy XII wieku położono fundamenty pod nową konstrukcję, która zachowała się do dziś i stanowi podstawę nawy głównej Saint-Aubin. Po splądrowaniu Guérande przez wojska Ludwika de La Cerda w 1342 roku w ramach wojny o sukcesję w Bretanii, zrujnowaną kolegiatę odbudowano od 1380 roku w stylu gotyckim.
