Godny uwagi Portal wejściowy z zakrzywionym frontonem ozdobiony nazwą ówczesnego kupca „Fayot Vernet”. W XIX wieku pełnił funkcję domu handlowego. Wybrukowany dziedziniec główny pokryto wówczas szklanym dachem o metalowej konstrukcji.
