Schron piechoty R - S 72 został zbudowany na północnej granicy ówczesnej Republiki Czechosłowackiej z Niemcami, w ramach linii ciężkich umocnień. Bunkier należał do zarządu ŽSV X w Rokytnicy v Orlických horách, do 2 pododdziału budowlanego - Kunvald. Dwukondygnacyjny bunkier wzniesiono w II klasie odporności (ściana przednia w kierunku wroga - 175 cm, strop budynku - 150 cm, ściany tylne - 80 cm) miały wytrzymać uderzenia pocisków artyleryjskich o kalibrze do 180 mm. Schron przeszedł renowację i jest udostępniony do zwiedzania.
