"15-metrowa wieża widokowa Karola (znana również jako wieża widokowa Karola IV) jest najstarszą wieżą widokową w Karlowych Warach. Zbudowana jest w stylu pseudogotyckim. Jest kopią wieży widokowej ze Szlezwiku w Niemczech.

Wieża oferuje widok z tarasów na dwóch piętrach. Widok na dzielnicę uzdrowiskową wychodzi na Rudawy, w widoku południowym znajduje się część Lasu Sławkowskiego z osią doliny Teplej."

Na wieżę prowadzić żółty szlak, ktory w kierunku północnym oferuje inne liczne atrakcje architektoniczne i punkty widokowe. Atrakcja ogólnodostępna i bezpłatna.
